Galiya is a dedicated Paralegal with a strong academic, business and accounting background. She is passionate about helping clients with their legal needs.
Prior to joining ELP, Galiya worked as a Paralegal for a law firm specializing in corporate law that had an internal accounting practice. There, she gained extensive experience in corporate formation, drafting meeting minutes, bylaws, and operating agreements, while also honing her accounting expertise.
In her home country of Kazakhstan, Galiya served as a Financial Consultant for a major bank and auditing firm. She successfully implemented ROI assessment methodologies for financial projects, reduced the cost-to-income ratio, and played a key role in budgeting and maximizing business returns. Additionally, she led the Budgeting and Finance Unit, further strengthening her financial acumen.
Galiya’s exceptional corporate and accounting experience, combined with her dedication to delivering precise and compassionate legal support, ensures that clients receive comprehensive assistance tailored to their needs.
In her free time, Galiya enjoys exploring the East Coast, discovering new cuisines, biking and hiking in nature.
